Sexual Health

PT-141
  • Boosted sex drive

  • Works for both men and women

  • Increased sexual desire

  • Mood enhancement

Bremelanotide (PT-141) was developed from the peptide hormone Melanotan II. In initial testing, Melanotan II induced darkening of skin pigment, but additionally caused sexual arousal and spontaneous erections as unexpected side effects in nine out of the ten original male volunteer test subjects. Further testing in animals showed Bremelanotide to induce lordosis (a sexual mating behavior) and subsequently tested for its effect in humans. Although, most of the research has been targeted to women with female sexual dysfunction, it has shown to be an effective medication in treating sexual dysfunction in both men (erectile dysfunction or impotence) and women (sexual arousal disorder). Unlike Viagra and other related medications, it does not act upon the vascular system, but directly increases sexual desire via the nervous system. It is estimated that 43% of women (30 million is the US) suffer from sexual dysfunction and 30 million men suffer from ED, with incidence increasing 2-3 fold between ages 40-70. Bremelanotide currently has no contraindications and is 80% effective in men that don’t respond to Viagra or Cialis. For women, it causes a 50% increase in sexually satisfying experiences.

Trimix Injections
  • Strong erection shortly after administration

  • Can be used as an alternative for Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra

  • Fast acting, enduring results

  • No impact from alcohol consumption

  • 90% success rate

  • Safety and reliability

TriMix is a prescribed, injectable medication consisting of three active ingredients: alprostadil, papaverine and phentolamine. Together, these three medications help to relax, expand, and fill the corpus cavernosum (erectile tissue) with blood resulting in an erection shortly after administration. Unlike oral medications, TriMix injections are localized to the intended area rather than having to flow through the bloodstream into other areas of the body. TriMix injections are self-administered and can be performed quickly and easily from the comfort of your own home.

Oxytocin/Tadalafil Troches
  • Enhanced Libido

  • An increase in sexual arousal

  • Improved performance

  • Greater satisfaction with sexual intimacy

Oxytocin/tadalafil troches are a compounded medication that combines oxytocin, a hormone associated with social bonding and sexual reproduction, with tadalafil, a medication used to treat erectile dysfunction (ED), into a single troche form. Troches are designed to dissolve slowly when placed between the gum and cheek or under the tongue, allowing for the direct absorption of the medication into the bloodstream through the mucous membranes of the mouth.

This combination aims to harness the potential benefits of both compounds: tadalafil helps improve blood flow to the penis, aiding in achieving and maintaining an erection, while oxytocin is explored for its potential to enhance mood, increase feelings of intimacy, and improve sexual satisfaction. The use of a troche allows for a potentially faster onset of action compared to oral tablets, as the medication does not have to pass through the digestive system before being absorbed.
